Job Responsibilities

Responsible for creating and maintaining clinicians schedules.

Serve as a liaison between the clinical team and the intake team.

This position will work out of the office Monday through Friday during business hours.

Assist in the coordination of patient care.

Required Skills

Minimum of one year of Home Care scheduling experience.

Ability to work well with others and knowledge of third party payers.

Strong multitasker and ability to work in a fast paces environment.

Team player and able to build solid working relationships.

Home Health or Hospice experience, a plus.
