Treasury Accountant - Full Time - San Diego
Job Description
The Treasury Accountant is responsible for overseeing the cash accounts for Bridge Group HH, Inc. The Treasury Accountant will also assist in overseeing the company’s banking activities.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
· Oversee company cash transactions including wire transfers, checks, etc.
· Downloads daily banking activity to ensure all electronic transactions are valid and processed timely
· Upload daily Positive Pay files
· Initiates ACH & wires as needed
· Research and process payroll charge backs & customer refunds
· Assists in the maintenance/setup of bank accounts and banking services
· Manages the scanning of all electronic transaction support
· Verification of cleared checks and processing of stop payments when necessary
· Responsible for Remote Deposit function of customer deposits
· Assist in 1099 preparation and filing
· Provides assistance during annual audit
· Performs a variety of general accounting support tasks in an accounting department.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
2+ years of accounting experience (preferably in healthcare)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High Attention to Detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
