Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for creating and maintaining clinicians schedules.
• Serve as a liaison between the clinical team and the intake team.
• This position will work out of the office Monday through Friday during business hours.
• Assist in the coordination of patient care.

Qualifications

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Minimum of one year of Home Care scheduling experience.
• Ability to work well with others and knowledge of third party payers.
• Strong multitasker and ability to work in a fast paces environment.
• Team player and able to build solid working relationships.
• Home Health or Hospice experience, a plus.
