    Job Description

    The Junior Payroll Administrator is responsible for coordinating all employee information and incorporating the information into payroll and benefits.

    The duties and responsibilities of the Junior Payroll Administrator will include, but not be limited to, the following: 1.Prepare paid per visit payroll files for each payroll for multiple Home Health operating companies(1 to 5) to ensure all staff are paid accurately and timely during each payroll. 2.Maintain employee information in the EMR software for payroll and deduction purposes. 3.Promptly distributes copies of information as needed and initiates manual check request with proper formto Director of Business Operations or administration for payroll check corrections and reports payrollerrors after every payroll. 4.Perform employee payroll and benefit audit of employees to ensure employees benefits are active, ensureall terms are processed with the benefit companies, and ensure employees’ pay is accurate and paid outtimely. 5.Maintains proper records, files and receipts for all offices in regards to payroll process and deductions. 6.Correlates information needed for distribution of W2’s at the end of the year. 7.Maintains personnel files according to policy. 8.Ensure all final checks are audited and processed timely. 9.Performs other necessary functions as assigned by Payroll & Benefits Manager.
