    Bridge Tower Properties is a growing real estate investment firm with over 2000 single-family houses throughout DFW, Houston, and North Carolina. We build brand new communities, and acquire free stranding homes, then maintain them for our residents. We are expanding rapidly into new markets and are ready to add a new Financial Analyst to our Dallas team. Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to perform financial analysis, financial modeling, and develop into reporting across multiple entities within our organization. This person will additionally have exposure to real estate development and will interact with developers, equity partners, and industry professionals. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), financial modeling ability, and strong financial analysis skills. Strong knowledge of Excel is required. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, able to manage tasks independently, and perform under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will come in ready to learn as the junior member of a supportive and establish Finance Team.Responsibilities:

    Provide analytical and asset management support on a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate equity and debt investments

    Prepare and maintain property and portfolio valuations using discounted cash flow models

    Review reporting packages and evaluate variances and trends in operating income and expenses

    Manipulate large quantities of loan and property-level data received from third parties

    Perform market data analysis

    Perform due diligence and underwriting on potential commercial real estate equity and debt investments

    Qualifications:

    An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Real Estate

    One to Two years of experience with technical aspects of Finance

    Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and strong organizational skills

    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

    A genuine enjoyment of duties involving Spreadsheets and Financial Modeling.

    Demonstrated flexibility to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, merit driven work environment

    Unquestionable integrity and ethics

    Strong proficiency in Excel (vLookup, pivot table, etc)
