    Bridge Tower is a growing single-family property manager with over 2000 single family houses throughout Charlotte, Houston, Austin and Dallas Fort Worth. We are seeking an experienced Leasing Call Center Assistant. Person must be a self-starter, take initiative, be responsible, independent and take ownership of their work.

    Overview

    The position is responsible for assisting the Leasing Manager in the day-to-day management of our portfolio of rental properties including property oversight, leasing, tenant relations, maintenance & repairs, and construction. The Leasing Call Center Assistant responds to tenant requests in accordance with the lease agreement and assuring compliance with all provisions of the lease, community policies and hoa covenants.

    Specific Duties include but not limited to;

    Assist in coordinating tenant move-ins

    Assist in initiating contracts and administering all necessary services to maintain the property.

    Respond and assist to resolve tenant requests/problems positively and promptly.

    Assist in maintaining lease files per company policy.

    Assist in preparing and issuing monthly rent statements.

    Draft correspondence as necessary to administer lease provisions including all notices, defaults.

    Additional responsibilities as required by the Leasing Manager to effectively manage the properties.

    Maintain high occupancy rate.

    Prepare and process lease agreements.

    Collect security deposits and rent.

    Enforce terms and lease agreements.

    Resolve tenant issues.

    Work with property manager and owners

    Coordinate with maintenance personnel

    Other Requirements

    2 years of Leasing & Property Management experience Knowledge of property management software Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro Highly motivated and proactive Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task Ability to communicate both orally and in writing Excellent people skills Part-time hourly position Reliable transportation.Compensation$18 to $21/hour depending on experience.
