Assistant Property /Leasing Manager
Bridge Tower Properties is a growing single family property manager with 1500 single family homes throughout Houston and Dallas Fort Worth.
We are seeking a experienced assistant property/leasing manager who will be based in The Woodlands. Person must be a self starter, take initiative, be responsible, independent and take ownership of their work. The Leasing Associates will work jointly with management ensuring efficient operation of the community.
Responsibilities will include;
Scheduling tours and showing homes (Excellent time management skills required)
Processing new tenant applications including credit/ background checks, employment & rental verification
Processing new leases, welcome letters & exchanging keys at move in
Responsible for operation of current rental inventory
Monitoring Notice to Vacates & Upcoming Renewals
Responsible for marketing strategies
Posting marketing, advertisement and creative planning for bulk lease up
Posting advertisement for vacant homes on MLS & CSS
Responding to new renter leads via phone & email and scheduling showings
Processing new tenant applications including credit/ background checks, employment & rental verification
Processing new leases, welcome letters & exchanging keys at move in
Perform day to day administrative tasks. These tasks can include;
Answer phones and questions of current and prospective tenants
Inserting residential maintenance requests into property management software
Recording of rents received via mail, direct deposits into bank accounts
Processing of delinquent rent notices & follow up on approved payment arrangements
Monitoring past due collections with collection agency
Upkeep of tenant paperless records and filing
Management of inventory & office supplies
Required;
Texas Realtors License required.
Advanced multitasking & time management skills are required
Ability to travel from office to job sites (reliable/own transportation is a must)
3 years’ experience in multifamily or residential leasing including sales and marketing
Must be self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervision
Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
Computer skills including Microsoft Office software products
Evenings and weekends may be required
Benefits & Compensation
Salary Range $50,000-52,500 depending on experience.
