    Bridge Tower Properties is a growing real estate investment firm with over 1000 single-family houses throughout DFW, Houston, and North Carolina. We build brand new communities, and acquire free stranding homes, then maintain them for our residents. We are expanding rapidly into new markets and are ready to add a new Residential Maintenance Technician to our Dallas team.

    Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced maintenance technician for our Dallas Maintenance Team. This person must be a self-starter, take initiative, be responsible, independent and take ownership of their work.

    Responsibilities will include:

    Residential Maintenance repairs include: appliances, electrical, garbage disposals, locks, lighting, plumbing, hot water heaters, etc.

    Preparing rental homes for move-in. Include painting, patchwork, appliance repairs, electrical, plumbing, and or cleaning.

    Mowing & Clean up of property grounds including blowing, power washing & sweeping. May include fence repairs and tree pruning.

    Swimming Pool cleaning.

    Monitoring supply inventory.

    Other common household repairs as needed.

    Travel to other regions up to 25%

    Requirements:

    Must have reliable transportation and knowledge of GPS, this position requires traveling from home to home throughout the greater DFW area.

    Must work efficiently & independently

    Must be knowledgeable of home/apartment maintenance

    Must have own set of standard tools.

    Take pride in work performance

    Must be able to move up to 50 pounds at variable distances; mobility and flexibility to use ladders to heights in excess of 8 to 9 feet; ability to work outdoors in temperatures above 90 degrees or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Must be able to work at a fast pace and keep up with routine maintenance requests.

    Must be able to use simple applications to track receipts and mileage.

    HVAC Certification is a plus!

    Appropriate safety equipment and apparel that includes proper footwear, such as steel-toed shoes.

    Knowledge of general maintenance equipment including but not limited to: hand tools, power tools, ladders, landscaping equipment and required safety equipment; all equipment must be used without jeopardizing the safety of yourself, fellow associates, or residents.

    Pay rate is a salary based on experience and licensing. Hours are typically 5 days a week (8 AM - 5 PM) and occasionally on call for emergency only. We are hiring two candidates for this position. One will be Monday- Friday, the other will be Tuesday-Saturday.
