THE ROLE:
The ASSOCIATE SYSTEMS TEST ENGINEER will be a part of the product engineering team, supporting the development of air, sea, land, and space laser optical communication systems for BridgeComm and its' customers. The primary role of this position is to develop and implement test procedures to validate the functional and performance requirements of the laser communication products to ensure system level requirements are being met.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Fundamentals of System Assembly, Integration and Test.
Fundamentals of Systems Engineering.
Use ofTest Measurement Tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power meters etc.)
Ability to write automated tests using scripts or code.
Scripting or coding knowledge (python, C/C++,bash etc).
Knowledge of how to analyze data, plot and interpret test results.
Knowledge of how to troubleshoot anomalies (failed test) and determine root cause.
