Job Description
Exciting opportunity for a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) insurance producer located in the Greater Los Angeles area. You will be selling non-standard auto insurance through an existing network of agents/brokers by making calls and office visits. You are responsible for a designated territory and managing all aspects of the independent insurance agent/broker relationship including signing new brokers. You will be expected to meet or exceed territory premium and profitability goals while using Salesforce CRM to report activity and track retail agent performance
In addition to hitting your business goals, you will be expected to manage broker performance in terms of acceptable loss rations, claims frequencies, delinquent accounts and audits. You will on-board and grow brokers to the next tier, rehabilitate or manage out underperforming brokers, and communicate all incentives and promotions. You must demonstrate complete understanding of Bridger’s insurance products and systems, stay on top of the market in terms of competition, and keep Bridger’s Salesforce CRM up to date.
You must have at least 3 years’ sales success in the insurance industry working for a Retail Agency, Insurance Company, or Wholesaler/MGA. You must excel at finding new opportunities by quickly building relationships within retail insurance agencies. You must be an ambitious self-starter, able to work remotely, receptive to coaching, and willing to be held accountable to performance goals. You must work well independently and with a team while meeting personal sales goals. Prior success selling non-standard auto insurance will be a plus.
