Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter to become a part of our internal team at Bridgeway. This role is located in Broadview Heights, OH. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source and deliver highly reputable candidates to companies
• Facilitate process of consulting, interviewing, and negotiation with the objective of hiring in a timely manner
• Contact potential companies to create new business opportunities
• Conduct in-depth market research in related industries
• Influence individuals to explore career advancement opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to keep a strong pulse on market trends
• Maintain continuous flow of communication with all partners to ensure timeliness of recruitment process
• Coordinate all components of recruitment process for an exceptional candidate experience
• Manage and frequently update CRM database
• Consistently deliver white glove customer service experience to companies and candidates
• Utilize a multitude of recruitment tools to perform outreach

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years professional experience minimum
• Demonstrate rigor and drive to succeed
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Commutable distance to Broadview Heights, OH (4 days in office per week)
