We are seeking an experienced Brief Writer to join our dynamic wage and hour employment law practice group. This position is ideal for a skilled legal writer who wants to focus exclusively on research and brief writing without the demands of court appearances or client interaction. You will support our growing litigation team by producing high-quality written work for complex class action and collective action cases.
About Our Firm
Our firm is a leading plaintiff-side employment law practice with offices in California, Texas, and Illinois. Our wage and hour practice group has approximately 15 attorneys and is experiencing rapid growth. We represent employees in class actions, collective actions, and individual wage and hour disputes against employers nationwide.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a skilled legal writer who thrives in a research-focused role and wants to make a significant impact through written advocacy. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple attorneys and cases simultaneously. Previous experience with employment law, particularly wage and hour issues, is essential.
