    ABOUT THE POSITION:

    Temp to Perm position

    $40-45 hour W2

    _Overview of the role: _

    • Provide support to end-users including Companies desktop users in a mixed PC/Mac environment.
    • Technical knowledge of current desktop software (Windows 10, macOS, Outlook 365, SharePoint)
    • Help users with software issues on laptops and PCs.
    • Perform computer wired and wireless network troubleshooting.
    • Rectify copier and printer issues.
    • Resolve various Windows 10/macOS application/system issues.
    • Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures, using established procedures.
    • Track and maintain personal computer equipment inventories.
    • Install equipment if necessary.
    • Check cable management and correct anything that is not neat.
    • Shift monitor arms from left, right, or center depending on the user’s preference.
    • Ensure video or PC is properly displayed.
