SUMMARY

Bright Tiger is a start-up dental group founded in June 2020 with 31 locations in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. We're hiring a full-time associate for an ENTRY-LEVEL position as Regional Brand Representative. This is for a person who is starting their career after graduating college in 2020 and will help us build an innovative business from the ground up.

YOUR ROLE

• Develop partnerships and new business opportunities through relationship building, cold and warm calling, networking, and leveraging referrals
• Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and on-going business relationships; Maintain close contact with key influencers within existing accounts
• Maintain awareness of key community events and networking opportunities; Actively participate in these activities on a regular basis to develop partnerships and promote Bright Tiger
• Partner with Leadership to create experiences/solutions that add value to partners and set Bright Tiger apart for consumers
• Build our image through Bright Tiger-owned events, sharing Bright Tiger attributes via social media, and integrating our local brand in select third-party events
• Drive visibility of Bright Tiger through partner channels 
• Start and nurture relationships with community opinion leaders to create awareness and build alignment with important community issues that benefit everyone

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university
• Clear and concise speaker and writer
• Logical and creative problem solver
• Easy rapport with a diverse range of people
• Plays well with others
• Sharp attention to detail and doing things well

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Our founders started with a pen, a blank sheet of paper, and one question. "How can we make it easier to visit the dentist?"

The answer was to start by subtracting things that keep you from visiting a dentist. Then, we added in things that would make you actually want to see your dentist. 

We treat our patients like neighbors and help them stay healthy and strong with the dental treatment they choose.

We will help more people get and stay healthy when we build deeper relationships with our patients, our community, and among our team members. By focusing on these connections and how we can take better care of each other, our business and our community will thrive.
