SUMMARY
Bright Tiger is a start-up dental group founded in June 2020 with 31 locations in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio. We're hiring a full-time associate for an ENTRY-LEVEL position as Operations Analyst. This is for a person who is starting their career after graduating college in 2020 and will help us build an innovative business from the ground up.
Our Operations Analyst position works in our new open-concept office environment at Mission Farms in Leawood, Kansas.
YOUR ROLE
- Develop strong collaborative partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders within the the communities we serve and across the company including Providers and Regional Brand Representatives
- Identify initiatives for improvement of our financial outlook, including developing, tracking, and executing projects, and assisting with performance vs. cost tradeoffs
- Link business strategy to metric reporting at various levels using KPIs, and goal setting
- Perform competitive analysis, opportunity analysis, and margin modeling
- Drive overall volume and margin optimization efforts through deep analysis of the various business, financial and other operational drivers
- Project-manage the development of tools that Leadership can use to extract data/insights for daily business management in an automated manner

- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university RECEIVED IN 2020
