Responsibilities: Have an always learning mindset to enable growth with a supportive team Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Ability to spend a large amount of time traveling by car Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Be customer focused with a positive attitude Knowledgeable in the local real estate market and general trends Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations Compensation: $100,000+ at plan
