The home health aide is a member of the medical hiring team who works under the supervision of a registered nurse and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs in a home care or facility setting. Our home health aides are given the opportunity to make a difference on a daily basis by using skills to form relationships and positive experiences with the clients. Responsibilities: • Provide client care according to the approved Plan of Care • Assist clients with activities and personal care • Assist in providing a safe environment for clients • Comply with all documentation and record-keeping requirements Qualifications: • At least 1 year of verifiable experience as an aide • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance • Ability to pass a criminal background check Compensation: $12 - $14 hourly
