We provide both non-skilled home health aide assistance as well as skilled nursing care. We are licensed as an HHA through AHCA, and we are accredited by the Joint Commission, for increased oversight and a higher standard of care. As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for working with the Director of Operations/ Administrator; overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations for a private-duty home care office.

Responsibilities:
Directs, supervises, works with, and coaches’ office staff daily.
Will work directly with Director of Operations/ Administrator on a daily basis.
Responsible for answering phone calls and distributing incoming faxes.
Responsible for processing weekly payroll and ensuring that both employees and caregivers are compensated properly.
Responsible for processing invoices and sending out, weekly.
Assisting with Accounts Receivable.
Problem solves; addresses issues raised by staff, clients and / or caregivers.
Oversees and works with recruiter.
Ensure job postings are refreshed on ALL job boards.
Assists with implementation of recruiting strategies to ensure hiring to meet demand of staffing needs.
Conducts interviews, new employee screening, credentialing, and all new-hire onboarding tasks.
Completes new staff orientation for all new hires.
Maintain 100% compliance with employee and client files.
Complies with all federal, state, and local regulations (including: AHCA and Joint Commission)
Interfaces with office vendors.
Responsible for all inquiries and follow-up’s and supervises all aspects of referrals. Oversees conversions of prospect to client.
Responds to inquiries from governmental agencies, maintains policy and procedure compliance.
Maintains ongoing contact with clients and staff, written and verbal.
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with National Account partners.
Participates in marketing business to business opportunities.
Must have knowledge and understanding of our business and want to see us GROW.
Seek out new local staffing opportunities within our community.
Primary office contact for referral sources, seen as customer service.
Oversees all employee and staff schedule, vacation, and requests for time off.
Participation in on-call when and as needed (On-Call RN on staff)
Assists the Director of Nursing and her clinical team, as needed.
Use portals and get authorizations for insurance referrals.
Any other duties as needed or as requested.
Requirements:
College Degree or equivalent experience
Experience in management, sales, and marketing interaction
Previous customer service experience is a MUST
Previous experience in home health pr healthcare preferred
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have proficient computer skills
