This office professional will support office staff in all functions of the BrightStar Care team and manage daily office responsibilities. A professional demeanor and “wearer of many hats” will be required.

    Responsibilities:

    Process weekly billing in KanTime EMR system

    Work with Clinical Team to ensure coding is correct on all invoices.

    Payer Setup of all payers in KanTime EMR system

    Work with vendors to ensure billing is correct.

    Denial Management of any claims that are denied

    AR Management - Collections

    Work with HR regarding employee pay issues

    Process weekly Payroll in ADP Workforce Now

    Payroll and Billing Quality Assurance weekly

    Extensive relationship management with staff, vendors and customers

    On-Call periodically (3-5 evenings a month)

    Requirements:

    High School diploma

    3-5 years professional work experience in a highly matrixed organization

    1+ years of billing experience required, preferably with a home health EMR platform.

    Payroll experience preferred

    Works independently with little to no direction

    Attention to detail possessing strong organizational skills

    Customer service including front-line customer and staff interaction

    Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong focus on Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

    Open-minded, creative and problem solver
