BrightStar Care of Frisco and Carrollton is actively hiring a caring and professional Registered Nurse to care for a Client that requires skilled nursing services for management of complex health state in home setting, including very frequent autonomic dysreflexia episodes with dangerously high/low blood pressure fluctuations that require PRN medication administration, monitoring for frequent UTIs & daily application of topical analgesics to back (from neck to hips) related to newly diagnosed muscle deterioration in both hips causing persistent severe pain & heightened risk for hip dislocation.

Responsibilities
Implement treatment and plan of care, using sound judgment and critical thinking
Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing processes
Job Requirements:
Current unrestricted Texas RN License
Current CPR certification
Current Driver’s License
Auto insurance with your name on it
TB skin test results within one year of hire or Chest X-Ray within 5 years of hire
MUST be able to lift 50+ lbs
At least 1 year experience in home health or facility setting
