    We are looking for an Administrative Support Coordinator to help manage our successful Home Health business! This role makes a significant impact on our daily operations and the ability to provide the best care to patients by coordinating medical and health services.

    You are highly detail-oriented and an expert at managing multiple priorities. Process-driven with exceptional customer service skills, you genuinely care about connecting patients and caregivers to improve lives.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Assists with chart audit and files to ensure the office is compliant

    Assisting with filling open shifts, maintaining compliant personnel files and other administrative duties as needed

    Assisting with caregiver onboarding, training and evaluations

    Assisting with confirmation calls to new and existing clients and caregivers to ensure shifts are covered

    Assisting with recruiting by reviewing candidates and conducting first and second caregiver interviews

    Assisting with client and caregiver meet and greets

    Assisting with client intakes, assessment and 60/90-day visits

    Builds relationships to foster growth and customer service objectives

    Maintain accurate employee and client information in a secure environment

    Participate in staff meetings, department meetings, team meetings, briefings, in-services, committees and other related activities as needed

    Create and maintain a professional atmosphere that is also a fun place to work

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum age requirement of 18

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    Minimum 1 year of related experience. Healthcare experience preferred

    Excellent customer service skills

    Proficient PC skills. Microsoft Word, Excel and Access preferred

    Professional telephone étiquette

    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

    Interpersonal skills that promote interdisciplinary collaboration and effective communication

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

    Satisfactory criminal background check and/or health screening in accordance with state law requirements
