Clinical Operations Lead Responsibilities

Promote and enhance the level of clinical expertise of staff to provide safe and quality nursing care and documentation as necessary

Review physician’s orders and update the plans of care and documentation as necessary

Assist with interviewing, selecting, training, and validation of new team members

Internal case management, evaluation, and development of nursing talent

Ensure adherence to state, federal, JCAHO, and local policies and procedures

Supervise nursing staff providing in-skilled nursing care to clients of all ages

Clinical Operations Lead Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in nursing

Current Florida RN license in good standing

Minimum two (2) years of experience in home care nursing

Management and nursing administrative experience required

Current CPR certification

Current driver’s license

TB skin test results within one year of hire or chest X-ray within 5 years of hire

Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
