Staffing Scheduler Essential Job Duties:
Effectively coordinates the customer care staffing assignments and
Effectively coordinates the Skilled care staffing assignments
Serves as point of contact for client/customer and employee relations
Schedules staff to meet client care needs
Assists with the intake of new clients and informs potential clients of services and reasons to utilize BrightStar over other agencies
Monitors and maintains daily time reports for payroll processing
Provide information to be used for statistics, reports and records in a timely manner
Participate in the on-call rotation
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a nursing coordinator or scheduling staff in home health and/or medical staffing
High school graduate or equivalent required; some college and LVN preferred
Skilled in using automated scheduling applications
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare office regulations
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
