The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success through the Franchise Office. This will be achieved through the development of local recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The position will nurture relationships with prospective talent and manage ongoing manager relationships The Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.

Responsibilities
Recruits potential employees via recruiting websites/platforms, social media sites, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, and other sources
Maintains all applicable vendor relationships
Contacts candidates and confirms interview schedules
Reviews candidates work histories, competencies, and other qualifications
Makes offers, conducts new hire training, and onboarding activities
Performs exit interviews
Keeps employee charts up to date
Performs audits on employee files and recruiting processes for reporting at Performance Improvement Meetings
Maintains a bench of new qualified caregivers and nurses for growing staff needs
Reports to Regional Branch Manager
Participates in weekly on call rotation
Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in medical office management, recruiting and/or human resources preferred
Home Care industry experience preferred
Excellent customer service and time management skills
Is a self-starter and detail oriented
Excellent references from prior positions
Reliable transportation
Satisfactorily complete BrightStar Care orientation, competency, training, and ongoing education programs
High moral standards of honesty and integrity
Applicant must meet or exceed minimum qualifications
Ability to pass criminal records check, drug screen, and driving record check.
Willingness to cover shifts if necessary
Lifting up to 50 pounds is permitted and may be required
