The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the Franchise Office located in Tampa, FL. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and hiring Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, and Caregivers, This will be achieved through employing traditional sourcing strategies to include outbound calls, email correspondence, and the development of local recruiting plans as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. Minimum of 2 years of heavy recruiting experience required, preferably in-home health care recruiting; minimum of 1 year of human resources and/or HR Assistant experience preferred but not required. The Healthcare Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. The Healthcare Recruiter will assist in preparing and entering new employee information into the HR System and perform administrative duties with on-boarding new hires. RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the Director of Human Resources & Recruitment and/or Franchise Owner to efficiently and effectively fill open positions. Meet or exceed monthly individual recruitment goals.
Perform outbound calls and email campaigns to generate interest in BrightStar Care and schedule in-person interviews with the Director of Human Resources & Recruitment.
Generate a high-quality pipeline of candidates by making a high volume of calls daily. Meet weekly recruiting quotas for outbound calls/emails and successfully schedule interviews.
Conduct daily pre-screening interviews.
Maintain an extremely high level of customer service and communicate with professionalism both externally and internally with other departments.
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System.
Assist in preparing and entering new employee information into the HR System and on-boarding new hires.
Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Human Resources & Recruitment.
Build networks to find qualified passive candidates and review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
Assist in the creation of job descriptions.
Conduct regular follow-up with the management team to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting using social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Post openings in on-line advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
Communicate with employees and field staff regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
Performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
