Currently, and due to positive changes in the market, the Affordable Care Act (ACA) product is taking off. Brighter HealthCare Insurance Solutions (BHC) is offering a great opportunity focused on ACA and supplemental product (dental, vision, hospital indemnity, critical illness, etc.) insurance sales. BHC is contracted with Allstate and able to offer prospects major insurance carrier options in a service area of 22 states. Join our team!
Responsibilities
- Quickly and accurately assess the eligibility of prospective clients to enroll in ACA medical insurance plans
- Cross sell Allstate supplemental medical insurance products
- Approach each call with focus and effectiveness while maintaining positive conversion and CPA metrics for the business
- Enroll quality business and maintain consistent record of compliance
- This is a telephonic/remote sales position
Ideal Candidate and Job Requirements
- Active health insurance license REQUIRED
- 2023 and 2024 FFM Certificate REQUIRED
- Experienced in ACA and ancillary sales REQUIRED
- Proven track record of success and ability to CLOSE and meet sales targets consistently
- Self-motivated and driven to earn
- Professional, responsible, and problem solver
- Work in fast-paced environment and ability to multitask
- Strong work ethic
- Good character and values
- Team player and positive attitude
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- This is a telephonic/remote sales position and candidate should possess good communication skills
- Properly functioning and high internet speed mandatory
- Full time Monday through Friday (40 hours per week)
