Program Manager, Operations Support and Technology
Job Description
Brightspeed has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join our team! As the Program Manager on the Ops Support and Technology team, you play a critical role in the Operations Support and Technology team. You will partner directly with the Director of Technology to make the strategic and daily operating decisions that go into building the Brightspeed Fiber Network.
This role will help ensure cross-functional collaboration, and organizational performance and help team members deliver on KPI. Additionally, in this role, you will ensure the team’s administrative functions are constantly updated, deadlines are met, and a great culture is created across all members.
The Program Manager reports directly to the Director of Technology, but will also require daily collaboration with all of the Operations Support & Innovation leadership team.
