Job Description

We are looking for a Manager, Zuora Systems to join our growing Finance tea. In this role, you will support our new billing platform. You will be the subject matter expert on the Zuora application. This position consists of technical and functional tasks that will play an integral role in the success of Zuora. This position will report to the Director of Financial Systems as part of the Finance organization.

AS MANAGER, ZUORA SYSTEMS, YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Lead the implementation of the Zuora application
• Lead enablement of new features
• Work with Product and Finance teams to onboard new products to the billing system, including definition of billing and revenue configurations
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive solutions
• Partner with our Customer Success and Finance teams to identify and reproduce customer issues. Conduct initial triage and troubleshooting. Collaborate with internal teams and escalate to vendor teams as necessary to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
• Gather business and technical requirement
• Design cross functional application solutions
• Define, document, and implement system configuration changes
• Create and modify Zuora Workflows and Zuora document templates
• Perform QA testing, creates knowledge base articles, trains users, and coordinates user acceptance testing
• Coordinate subscription platform changes with related business applications and functional teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve subscription platform related production support issues
• Perform Zuora system administration tasks
• Mentor junior team members

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

• BS Degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or related business area
• 5+ years of experience implementing, enhancing, and support Quote to Cash business application
• 2+ years of experience administering, configuring, and support Zuora Billing
• Thorough understanding of end-to-end Quote to Cash business processes, from sales quotient to revenue recognition and cash application
• Expert in writing detailed business requirement, technical specifications, application test cases and release plans
• Ability to think outside of the box to solve challenging problems and drive continuous improvement

BONUS POINTS FOR:

• Zuora Billing Administrator and Zuora Business Analyst certifications
• Experience with other Zuora products, including Zuora CPQ, Zuora Collet, and Zuora Revenue
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, SAP
• Experience with REST APIs
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr
