LBF is looking for an experienced Reverse Mortgage Professional to join its growing Third-Party Origination Channel (Wholesale) in the role of Account Executive . This individual is responsible for the development and management of relationships with Brokers, and Closed Loan Sellers (PAA’s and Correspondents), focusing on experienced and high-quality prospects. Service levels should be maintained at the highest possible levels and the majority share of business should be realized by all partners. The unique position of LBF within the market should also be leveraged to help establish strong, stable, and lasting relationships.

    Specific Job Functions:

    • Generate Reverse Mortgage submissions through effective prospecting of mortgage brokers
    • Manage, maintain and grow relationships with existing partners
    • Source and prospect new, qualified partners on an on-going basis, and assist in the submission of required documentation for approval with Longbridge Financial
    • Assist in the management and oversight of the loan pipeline for all partners, ensuring appropriate productivity and service levels are achieved
    • Work closely with the Wholesales Channel Leader to develop appropriate growth strategies for the Channel by targeting high quality originators as prospects, and then executing in a manner that insures timely approvals and the realization of a majority share of their HECM business.
    • Work closely with Partner Support Specialist to provide the highest levels of support and service for each partner
    • Maintain current knowledge of industry happenings and stay up to date with any new guidelines/regulations that may impact our partners.
    • Effectively communicate with internal and external contacts in a professional and timely manner
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience within the reverse mortgage industry, specifically within the area of Sales
    • Strongly preferred working knowledge of Quantum Reverse, ReverseVision and other related LOS systems
    • Intense self-motivation and goals orientation is required
    • Strong industry knowledge and awareness of the competitive environment
    • Operations knowledge is considered as beneficial to fulfilling the role and responsibilities
    • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment
    • Able to travel up to 30%
    • Excellent communication skills and team player with positive attitude
