We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Manager, Telecom Billing, to lead, manage and transform our revenue platforms and customer experience. As the manager of Telecom Billing Team, you will be forming a great team and closely partnering with our business team to design a world-class customer experience. As IT Manager, Telecom Billing, you are a seasoned technology leader with a track record of integrating the billing, payment and tax platforms with an in-depth understanding of the revenue systems.

Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to get in early, look over the horizon, and set the vision for a new standard in the telecom billing domain. We want entrepreneurs at heart, who have the depth of experience in bringing comprehensive E2E customer management experience into reality.

AS IT MANAGER, TELECOM BILLING, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Build, mentor, and coach a high-performing global team
• Lead in all aspects of revenue systems enablement - strategy formation, developing business cases, application integrations and support
• Translate business cases into solutions by leveraging the out-of-the-box configuration of Zuora and technical solutions based on Zuora APIs, data exports and loads, advanced integration, and configuration
• Design, configure and build customized solutions in Zuora Rating/Billing
• Provide day-to-day end user support of Zuora functions to all levels of the organization
• Integrate Zuora with Chase payment gateway, Avalara Tax platforms
• Work closely with the senior management, analyzing long-term business goals and suggesting ways the organization might achieve these goals with technology
• Guide others to assess system usage trends and identify potential performance constraints with inter-system designs
• Influence, negotiate, build consensus, and align with peer engineering, product, business teams and vendor partners on solutioning and implementation
• Provide industry knowledge, experience, and best practices to help the team stay ahead of the curve in keeping our technology stack cutting edge

Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:

• 6+ years of expertise in Zuora object models and architecture and CPQ integration, Process Re-engineering, Process Optimization, Process Standardization, API data flow, and Automation
• 3+ years of experience as a people leader
• Experience in delivering Enterprise CPQ solution using Z-Quotes and Z360 modules which makes efficient usage of Z-Quote, Z-Subscription and Amendment Objects
• Extensive hands-on experience in ZOQL queries and Zuora REST APIs
• Experience with HTML / Web Design, JavaScript, Angular
• Experience with Micro Services and domain driven design
• 3+ years of experience with one of the major cloud providers GCP, Azure or AWS.
• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent
