Marketing Program Specialist Brightspot Incentives & Events - Irving, TX 75062 Incentives Program Specialist The Nature and Scope of the Position Brightspot Incentives & Events, an Irving-based incentives & events agency, serves Fortune 2000 clients to drive performance improvement and channel engagement through incentive travel, meeting planning, sales incentive programs, and engagement campaigns. The individual in this position will be challenged to drive a high level of service excellence and an attitude of ownership and big picture vision for program success and client satisfaction. Main Responsibilities * Work with program manager to implement and administer sales incentive contests & marketing events * Provide email and telephone support to program stakeholders and participants * Track and analyze program results; prepare client reports/presentations as needed * Coordinate with IT staff to develop custom program websites and maintain them throughout the duration of programs * Coordinate with external suppliers to process claim fulfillment and ensure delivery * Communicate project statuses to program manager and keep all program facets organized and efficient * Partner with program manager to recommend creative solutions and program enhancements, as well as, develop best practices Reports to * Program Manager Minimum Qualifications * Four-year degree in communications, marketing, hospitality or related field * 2-5 years of relevant experience * Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability in managing multiple/competing priorities * Creativity in program design and communications samples encouraged * Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills * Strong organization and multi-tasking skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bring to the table * Customer service and problem-solving skills * Energy and positivity * Accountability * Attention to detail Full-time position Competitive salary Benefits package (medical, dental, paid vacation, 401k) Business casual environment Job Type: Full-time Experience: * relevant: 2 years 15 hours ago - save job
