We are an investment firm looking to partner with executives in one of the following scenarios:
- Buy a company you know is available to be acquired. In this scenario, you would run the company or help us oversee it.
- Acquire the company or business unit you currently work for, for example as part of a buyout of the existing owner.

OUR CRITERIA:
- We only consider situations where you know the seller is open and ready to engage in a sales conversation. We will help you negotiate and close the deal.
- Founder owned companies or carve-outs from larger companies.
- Financial Profile: We are looking for businesses with revenues between $10-200M, 0-30% revenue growth, and a history of profitability.
- Preferred Industries: Business Services, Technology/Software, Manufacturing, Healthcare. We are open to other industries if the company has moderate capital intensity and a history of profitability.
- We do not invest in real estate, franchises, retail, or natural resources businesses. We also do not invest in startups or business ideas with minimal revenues.
- We prefer to make control investments where we would own a majority stake in the company going forward. However, we will consider minority investments if the company has a history of significant growth and increasing profitability.
- We prefer situations with significant operational improvement potential given the right capital structure and changes in leadership.
WHAT WE OFFER:
