We are an investment firm looking to partner with executives in one of the following scenarios:

• Buy a company in your current industry that you know is available for an acquisition. You could take the CEO role, become an advisor or join the board.

• Buy out the owner of the company you currently work for

• Acquire the business unit of a larger company you currently work for as part of an MBO.

Criteria:

• We only consider situations where you know a business is potentially for sale.

• We are open to locations anywhere in North America.

• We only invest in founder / family owned companies and divestitures from larger companies. 

• Required Financial Profile:  $6-100M in revenue with a history of profitability. 

• Preferred Industries: B2B services, Technology, Software, Niche Manufacturing, Healthcare. We are open to other industries if the company has moderate capital intensity and a history of profitability. 

• We prefer situations with significant operational improvement potential given the right capital structure and changes in leadership.
