Responsibilities: What We Need You to Do: • Collaborate with the CEO to set and drive organizational vision, operations strategy, profitability, and hiring • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, goal setting, performance management, and annual planning • Oversee operations and employee productivity, building a culture ensuring team members thrive and achieve goals • Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and retention of team members • Make certain compliance with national and local business laws and regulations is handled appropriately Your Responsibilities • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process development or improvement • Implement strategies that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed by the CEO • Oversee operations, HR, and accounting, and partner with CEO in sales and marketing management • Manage revenue and expenses aggressively to ensure the company achieves both growth and profitability targets • Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures when necessary • Prepare detailed KPI updates, reports, and forecasts for the CEO • Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, lenders and investors • Motivates and leads a high-performance management team • Attracts, recruits, and retains required members of the executive team not currently in place • Be willing to take on new tasks with an attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved • Work autonomously while ensuring CEO expectations are readily met and exceeded • Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company Qualifications: Required Qualifications: • Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field required • In-depth understanding of budgeting, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and capital planning • Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve • Understanding of advanced business planning and financial forecasting and reporting • Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues • Take the job fit assessment below, as well as be able to produce two or more professional references Preferred Additional Qualifications: • MBA strongly preferred • Real estate investment experience • Residential property lending and/or construction experience • Fundraising experience Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 yearly
