The National Portfolio Client Coordinator oversees new vendor sourcing/onboarding/paperwork and contract creation/management.
- Support, adhere to, and enforce company policies
- Management of new client set ups in internal systems
- Keep internal and external system records up to date with related site information
- Processing and administration of new and existing client’ contracts
- Issue and process client contract renewals
- Processing and administration of subcontractor’s contracts
- Manage and execute subcontractor onboarding
- Manage and lead subcontractor procurement
- Assist entire national portfolio team with month end tasks
- Represent the company and brand in a positive manner at all times
- Continue to develop and improve skills and techniques through a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Stay well-informed of changes and advances in the industry
