    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    We are seeking a bright, motivated Online Product Marketing Lead, focused on SEO. You will own our SEO strategy, including developing, building and executing our tactics to grow organic traffic.  You will  build an SEO product roadmap that continues to drive our organic traffic growth. You will also serve as the liaison and lead the business requirements for third-party partnerships._This position can be located in, or in the area of our Denver, CO, West Hollywood, CA, or San Francisco, CA locations. _

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Own the performance and growth of the SEO channel; driving traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue, both on-site and off-site
    • Partner with the brand, PR, and content teams to drive SEO initiatives in-line with their respective objectives
    • Build and prioritize the SEO product roadmap based on estimated opportunity and level of effort
    • Build and execute SEO elements into every product initiative
    • Work closely with partners to lead and execute business requirements for third-party integrations as well as identify areas of opportunity for optimization and improvement.
    • Work closely with development team to write user stories and requirements and oversee the implementation and QA of new content and functionality of the site.
    • Ensure a consistent and seamless cross-device experience.

    SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

    • 3 – 5 years product marketing or product management and SEO experience (preferably in consumer-focused websites)
    • Proven SEO experience building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs
    • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
    • In-depth experience with search and web analytics tools (e.g. GA, SEMrush)
    • Effective problem-solver with proven experience working across an organization to get things done
    • Adept at cutting through an onslaught of requests to assess business impact and drive prioritization towards results
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Demonstrated ability to work with Web development teams
    • Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment
    • Highly organized with focus on owning a project through all stages of execution
    • Ability to work individually and as a team player to execute projects
    • Excellent written and verbal communications
    • Entrepreneurial attitude/self-starter
    • Interest in socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products
    • BA degree or equivalent
