Brilliant Little Minds is expanding quickly and is looking for professional and experienced Lead Teacher to join our Team! If you have experience working in Early Childhood Education, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• Keeping to daily classroom schedule while having a fun and entertaining environment
• Be creative: create lesson plans with help from our curriculum coordinator, then implementing these plans
• Communicating with children, staff, and parents effectively
• Strong organizational skills
• All staff are responsible for the safety, education, care and love for all of the children in our Academy. We treat all children like they are our own!
• Educating the children throughout the day while teaching life skills, sign language, and spanish ** All applicants must meet the new State of Delaware Licensing requirements, complete background checks, and fingerprinting. Certified in CPR, First Aid, and Medication Certified. Experience of at least 12 months in a licensed child care facility. Have a certificate from the State of Delaware that shows you are Head Teacher, Assistant Teacher, and or School Age certified.
