Responsibilities: Expected time investment - 5hrs per week Outcomes • Client follow-up on 60+ clients Quarterly (email, calls and review requests) • Onboard new clients and answer any questions/concerns, etc. • Provide feedback and updates to our team • Monthly and quarterly client profile reviews **** Attend weekly meetings with our team **** **** Attend and schedule QC site visits**** Qualifications: • 18 years of age or older • Passion for people with a demonstrated ability to handle customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Proficiency in using G Suite (Google Docs) and the technical aptitude to learn new systems • Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think outside of the box to drive creative solutions Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
