Role Overview: As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be an integral part of our team, supporting our marketing initiatives. As a key player in our Marketing, you’ll contribute to brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive marketing plan and overseeing its implementation. It will also include aiding in the development of our company sales goal. From initial customer contact to project completion, you’ll manage all aspects of marketing projects, working closely with project managers. Some travel will be involved for events such as ground breakings, meetings with potential clients and Coffee Chamber events. This position will also entail implementing and maintaining internal marketing strategies to promote employee retention.

Qualifications:

• Construction Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the construction industry.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot software.
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and an eye for accuracy.
• Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
