Essential Functions and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Greeting/welcoming guests and visitors to the Briogeo offices * Provide administrative support to various Briogeo teams including but not limited to assisting with influencer or VIP retailer package sends, Sephora Gratis, and product comp coordination * Assist with administrative and office management duties such as billing, deliveries, mail coordination, and ordering office supplies * Coordinate and execute special office events, team lunches, and team outings * Assist with HR administration and recruiting Experience * Requires 2+ years of relevant office administration experience * Results driven, keen eye for detail, well-organized, and analytical * Strong English written and verbal communication skills * Strong Mathematical skills * Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word * Passion for natural beauty and personal care products * Ability to work in a fast paced environment * Must have a positive can-do attitude, with a genuine, reliable and kind disposition * Must be willing to work on site at our NYC offices Job Type: Full-time Experience: * Office Administration: 2 years Education: * Bachelor's 3 hours ago - save job Apply Now Apply Now Save this job
