    We are seeking a talented Sr. Construction Estimator to join us! If you're an experienced construction estimator with exceptional communication, math, and critical thinking skills, we'd love to talk to you! We’re looking to hire a skilled estimation professional to assist our busy team by producing proposals, cost estimates, and detailed takeoffs. The ideal candidate needs to have experience in preparing detailed estimates for the project based on the construction drawings & specifications and communicating bids and scopes of work. Responsibilities: • Prepare a detailed estimate by completing quantity take-offs, analysis, estimate input, and studies for all items incorporated in the assigned scope. • Compute labor, construction materials, time, and product costs to estimate the overall cost of construction projects. • Furnish accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs. • Produce written proposals, cost estimates, budgets, and updates for clients and project managers. • Examine specifications, blueprints, proposals, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole. • Inquire with clients regarding the status of submitted proposals and budgets. • Support constructability reviews through communication with the project team, designers, and subcontractor market. Qualifications: • Minimum 4 years of experience in the construction industry - project estimating or construction management is needed. • Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and projects. • Comprehension of research methodology, accounting, data, risk analysis, and estimation metrics is crucial. • Requires critical thinking, analytical skills, and very strong math skills. • Stellar communication, project management, and time-management skills are crucial. • A Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, accounting, or a related field is required. Compensation: $150,000 - $190,000 yearly
