  • Responsibilities

    Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC is looking for a competent construction scheduler to join our pre-construction team. All candidates must be organized, self-motivated, and have demonstrated skills. This is a remote position responsible for developing construction schedules during the pre-construction and construction process. This effort supports projects throughout the United States including Hawaii. Responsibilities: • Work closely with the pre-construction team to develop schedules using the Critical Path Method (CPM) in Primavera P6. • Interact with pre-construction managers, construction managers, and engineering discipline leads to fully understand the project scope. • Evaluate and identify schedule logic/sequencing and constraints based on discussion with the pre-construction and construction teams. • Assist in identify project risk, conflicts, and schedule impacts. • Evaluate, perform resource analysis, perform critical path analysis, and prepare reports. • Develop schedule narratives to support technical proposals. • Establish and maintain effective relationships with all team members. • Work collaboratively with other pre-construction and construction team members. • Ensure effective transfer of awarded projects to construction team. Update project schedules as required by the construction team. • Create and manage multiple schedules simultaneously. Professionally communicate in highly stressed environments. Qualifications: • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in design build and design bid build projects developing CPM schedules in Primavera P6; federal market preferred. • Advanced skills in Primavera P6 required including cost loading of schedules. • Able to multi-task; and work efficiently both independently and collaboratively with strong attention to detail. • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. • Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal. • Proficiency with computer software to include MS Office (MS Project, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.). • US Citizen or applicable for work in the US. • Ability to climb up and down stairs/ladders. • Unrestricted driver’s license. • Ability to pass background check for security and base access. • Ability to pass drug test. Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually DOE Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 DOE
