    Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC (BBCH) is growing! We are seeking an experienced, professional Federal Construction Administrative Assistant to join our CCI General Contractors, LLC team, a subsidiary of BBCH. CCI is seeking an organized construction administrative assistant to support our field office with clerical and administrative tasks. You will support the project team in helping with organization and other clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have great computer, communication, and time management skills. Previous experience in the industry is desired. The initial project is located at NAS Pensacola, FL and is ~$50M Design / Build construction of a Hurricane Sally SRM repair project. The Admn person would be working with an onsite team consisting of multiple Project Managers an SSHO, and multiple Superintendents. Ability to work as a team is paramount Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the project manager and other construction management staff • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional way • Execute clerical and general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, ordering office supplies, and other administrative tasks for special projects as requested • Coordinate meeting logistics and deliverables such as handouts for the project management team Qualifications: • High school diploma is required - additional college such as an associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree is very valuable • 3 years of experience of administrative experience is needed - previous administrative duties in a busy construction office are ideal • Familiarity with the construction industry is desired, but not required • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills are needed • Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) • As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable references and background check results Work Environment: Job is performed in a combination of office and outdoor site locations. The office setting includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Outdoor settings include walking, driving, and carrying supplies throughout all seasons with exposure to heat and cold conditions, and potentially wildlife. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise. Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co-workers and clients. Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining the physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time; frequent opportunity to move about and to work outside the office environment for extended periods involving exposure to the elements with weather that will include extreme heat, cold, wind, rain or other inclement weather, walking over rough and uneven surfaces, and routine lifting of up to 35 pounds. If required, must properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times including but not limited to; hard hats, steel-toed boots, eye protection, respiratory protection, and hearing protection. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
