    Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLC is looking for a Construction Estimator to join our Pre-Construction team. All candidates must be organized, self-motivated, and have demonstrated skills. This position will be responsible for oversight and execution of the estimating process for project bids; and following established standard procedures, methods, processes, and software requirements for estimating. This is a Remote opportunity. Responsibilities: • Develop pricing model per RFP requirements. • Develop general and special conditions costs. • Identify risk issues, and their order of magnitude, and propose solutions to minimize them. • Review constructability issues with key operational staff. • Assist with review of subcontractor proposals to ensure scope coverage; and identify scope gaps. • Maintain and communicate data on construction and material cost trends. • Ensure pricing model data accuracy. • Work collaboratively with other preconstruction team members. • Ensure effective transfer of awarded projects to field operation staff. • Effectively communicate the price proposal development process to senior management. • Create/manage multiple estimates simultaneously. • Professionally communicate in highly stressed environments. Qualifications: • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. • 7-10 years (or more) of estimating experience in various market sectors, including federal government, commercial, and medical. • Demonstrated experience working independently on projects from $2M to $30M. • Experience with design-build and design-bid-build RFPs. • Ability to develop competitive price proposals on multiple projects simultaneously (4 to 6 proposals at varying stages of development). • Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal. • Proficiency with computer software including MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.). ProEst or similar experience desirable. • US Citizen or applicable for work in the US. • Ability to climb up and down stairs/ladders. • Unrestricted driver’s license. • Ability to pass background checks for security and base access. • Ability to pass drug tests. Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 yearly DOE
