Responsibilities: • Develop project objectives by reviewing project RFP and plans, and conferring with executives when needed. • Plan, organize, schedule, and efficiently manage labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors in accordance with the contract time and the established budget. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, subcontractors, field staff, and owners throughout the project. • Lead analysis and buyout of subcontracts, labor, material, and equipment. • Monitor project closely to proactively address out-of-scope work requests, unforeseen conditions, and time impacts and promptly resolve with the owner. • Work with superintendents, and stakeholders, and develop the CPM baseline project schedule as well as recurring schedule updates in accordance with contract documents. • Prepare and review project budgets and cost estimates. Qualifications: • ASHE Healthcare Construction Certificate (HCC). • 5+ years of working experience managing USACE (United States Army Corps of Engineers) Projects. • Experience leading successful project teams, including the development of employees and maintaining relationships with external entities. • Pushed by a sense of urgency, well-organized and methodical. • A track record of sound judgment and success in completing projects on time and on budget. Ability to communicate both clearly and succinctly verbally and in writing. • Advanced knowledge of construction principles/practices is required. • Ability to travel to multiple project sites on a recurring basis. • As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable references and background check results. Physical Requirements Essential and marginal functions may require maintaining the physical condition necessary for bending, stooping, sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged periods of time; most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with frequent opportunities to move about. Near visual acuity to review documentation, ability to hear and understand speech at normal room levels. Must maintain a constant state of mental alertness at all times. Working Environments Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 yearly
