_Education/Experience _ At least five years of prior recruiting experience. _Preferred Education/Experience _
_Travel _ This position requires up to 75% local travel. _Reasoning Ability _ Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. _Position Type/Expected Hours of Work _ This is a full-time position; days and hours of work are according to what is necessary to accommodate business needs. Compensation $63,000 to $65,000 (Depends on Experience) Plus this position is eligible for a recruiting bonus based on hires per month. _Physical Demands _ The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, smartphones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and scanners.
