    DESCRIPTION:

    Responsible for direct support of the Sales, Marketing, Finance & General Management function with respect to growing revenue and profitability through the effective management of the Inside Sales and Order Fulfillment process.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Sales coordination with clients, distributors, OEM and sales-related vendors
    • Request for Quote Coordination – respond, track and report status on customer quotes
    • Purchase Order Entry & Fulfillment - Manage customer orders & review for adequacy
    • Commercial Project & Program Management - Communicate new orders to purchasing for material availability.
    • Perform gap analysis between financial sales goals & objectives and inside sales monthly scorecards
    • Maintain customer records for orders, quotes and customer communication
    • Communication with internal departments regarding customer orders
    • Provide marketing support
    • Review and respond to customer change orders
    • Maintain customer satisfaction and order fulfillment records and files
    • Other customer related duties as they arise

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to develop, create and manage marketing materials is a plus
    • Experience in office coordination with strong organizational skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Must be self-motivated, driven and have a good work ethic
    • Ability to prioritize & manage multiple tasks
    • Ability to gather, summarize and deliver information from a multitude of sources
    • Be able to work independently in quickly changing environment
