The British Swim School of Walnut Creek is looking for a customer service professional who will be our Deck Ambassador for our Boston locations. We seek someone who can use their excellent communication skills to build relationships with parents and children while managing our pool deck operations. Responsibilities Include:

· Deliver excellent customer service to all our clients and students

· Manage deck and pool operations

· Greet and welcome kids and parents

· Conduct orientation sessions for new parent/students

· Engage parents in conversation about the progress of their children

· Assist Aquatics Director and Swim Instructors as required

· Work with our clients to determine their needs and respond accordingly

The ideal candidate will have:

· A passion for working with children and families

· A positive attitude and strong work ethic

· Current lifeguard and CPR/AED certifications (preferred)

· Excellent communication skills

· Prior customer service experience

· Experience managing social media pages

· Professionalism, punctuality, and organizational skills

· Computer skills, including Google Apps

· High School Diploma or equivalent

This position is at our pools throughout Walnut Creek and surrounding areas. Immediate opening for Saturday and Sunday 11 am to 3 pm
