Job roles and responsibilities

Greet parents and children when they enter, guide them to which side of the pool their class will be on

Organize supplies on the pool deck, pick up after classes, and keep the pool deck looking clean and neat

Answer customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and resolve complaints and issues

Manage class schedules by taking daily attendance and skill updates for each swim class; celebrating the move-up/graduation process if any

Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, displayed properly, and input into Jackrabbit correctly (training provided)
