The British Swim School is coming to Southern NH! Our unique, mission-based organization seeks a FUN and ENERGETIC Location Manager to lead our team at our first location, Downtown Manchester! As a British Swim School Location Manager, you'll lead this location’s team of customer service reps and swim instructors. You are responsible for providing the premium customer service, water safety instruction and fun, exciting swim lessons that British Swim School stands for. You'll oversee the complete operation of the location, from instructor schedules and certifications, to customer service and in-water instruction. Where else is one of the primary duties of the local manager to ensure their employees and customers are all having fun?

REQUIREMENTS FOR LOCATION MANAGER
Proven success in a customer-centric industry - positions of leadership/management a bonus
High school diploma or equivalent
Love and passion for leading and elevating employee performance - an eagerness to see growth and progress from your team
Ability to quickly grasp and understand information
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Availability to work evenings and weekends - that's when our swim schools are the busiest!
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, sometimes even hectic environment.
